The project will consist of a 48K SQF hospital that is currently going through excavation and pouring with steel to follow projected to complete in Q1 2026. From there they will complete a renovation project: 3 stories + cellar in 5 phases to complete Q4 2027. The project design, procurement, and coordination have been completed so the priority for the role is execution. They will be in charge of overseeing building, mechanical, and electrical installation per the schedule, subcontractor management, conduct foreman meetings, and review change orders. Candidate will review project drawings and specifications. Open to Project Engineers and/or Assistant Superintendents looking for growth!
