Job Title: Refrigeration Maintenance Tech (3rd Shift)Location: Onsite - Vineland, NJ, USEmployment Type: PermanentJob Description:The client is seeking a Refrigeration Maintenance Tech for the 3rd shift at our Vineland, NJ facility. This position involves performing maintenance and repairs on a variety of building and production systems, including refrigeration, steam generation, compressed air, and water systems. This facility operates seven days a week, producing Philly-style beef and chicken steak.Benefits start from Day 1! This role offers a $5,000 hiring bonus with a structured payout schedule:$1,000 after 1 month (30 days)$1,500 after 3 months (90 days)$2,500 after 6 months (180 days)Position Summary:The Refrigeration Maintenance Tech is responsible for monitoring, controlling, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining critical building components and production systems, including refrigeration, steam generation, water distribution, and compressed air systems. You'll work with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment to ensure smooth and efficient facility operations.Responsibilities:Perform maintenance on HVAC, refrigeration, steam generation, and compressed air systems.Troubleshoot and repair mechanical devices based on observations and technical manuals.Handle both minor and major equipment repairs, and conduct preventive maintenance.Install and service utility systems and equipment as needed.Complete necessary documentation, such as log entries and reports.Comply with safety, food safety, GMP, and SQF standards.Utilize SAP functions to manage tasks and paperwork.Perform other duties as assigned.Required Qualifications:NJ Black Seal Boiler License (High Pressure or Higher)Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance.Electrical experience, with knowledge of electro-mechanical systems.Ability to work in cold environments ranging from -20 to 40°FAbility to work flexible hours, including weekends, and lift up to 70 lbsWillingness to perform repetitive motions, stand for extended periods and climb stairs frequently.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in Food ManufacturingPSM experience is a plus.Training in electro-mechanical or a related field.Additional Information:Shift differential applies for second and third shifts.This is a backfill position with no direct reports.No relocation assistance or equity is provided.Work hours are not flexible
