Project Estimator

We pride ourselves on fostering a collaborative environment and are looking for a talented Project Estimator to join our team.Key Responsibilities:Prepare detailed cost estimates to support competitive bidding for federal construction projects.Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors and suppliyersAnalyze blueprints and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimatesIdentify and provide new and alternative resources to optimize project costs and efficiency.Stay updated with industry trends and best practicesQualifications:Bachelor's degree or higher in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of proven experience in bid estimating, preferably for federal construction projects.Proven experience in bid estimating, preferably for federal construction projects.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Willingness to travel as required (mostly site visit)
