Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Tax Director to oversee our corporate tax functions. The successful candidate will manage tax compliance, planning, and strategy for our organization, ensuring adherence to all tax regulations while optimizing tax liabilities.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the corporate tax function, ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local tax regulations.Develop and implement tax strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.Oversee the preparation and review of tax returns and related documents for C-Corporations.Manage ASC 740 tax provision calculations and reporting processes.Provide guidance on tax implications of various business activities and transactions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify tax planning opportunities.Stay updated on changes to tax laws and assess their impact on the organization.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA certification is required.10+ years of experience in corporate tax with a focus on C-Corporations.Extensive knowledge of ASC 740 and tax provision processes.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and leadership abilities.J.D. degree and prior experience as a Tax Director are preferred.BenefitsVacation/PTOMedicalDentalVision401kBonusRelocationTelecommuteEmail Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
