Human Resources Generalist - Local candidates only QUAD is seeking an HR Generalist on a contract basisfor a company located in Pennsville, NJ. In office, local candidates only. The HR Generalist will be responsible for recruitment, LOA, employee relations, benefits enrollment, and payroll data entry support. Responsibilities of the HR GeneralistReviewing HRIS dataManaging vendor portal Assisting with payroll changes, updates, and supporting documentation Performing timely reportingOverseeing continuous improvement initiatives and assisting with processes automationPerforming talent acquisition activities, including resume review, screening, interview scheduling, and background and drug screen processingAdministering hew hire and open enrollment for all benefits plansAdministering 401 (k) plans Creating and maintain employment filesRequirements of the HR GeneralistBachelor's degree preferred 5-7 years human resources experience Microsoft Office proficiency, with emphasis on Excel Knowledgeable of HRIS systemsFamiliarity with employment laws and best practices Excellent communication and organizational skillsAdditional Details:Salary: $40hr-$45hr Employment Type: Temp/ContractThe specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, location and skill set of the individual selected for this position.SolomonEdwardsGroup, LLC is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
