From TVs to smartphones, and across all types of entertainment experiences, Adeia's technologies allow users to manage content and connections in a way that is smart, immersive, and personal.About the Role: Adeia is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Marketing Operations Specialist to drive our social media strategy, website optimization, and creative design initiatives.Responsibilities:Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across LinkedInLead website management and optimization efforts, including SEO and content strategyOversee the creation of high-impact graphics and visual content for all marketing channelsAnalyze and report on marketing performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve ROICollaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing operations with overall business goalsStay ahead of digital marketing trends and integrate innovative practices into our strategiesQualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Communications, or a related fieldRequired Skills:Proficiency in social media management tools and reportingExperience with web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics)Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot)Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web development principlesProficiency in data visualization and reporting toolsPreferred Skills:3-7 years of experience in marketing operations, with a focus on digital channels, website, and graphics designProven track record of developing and executing successful social media and content strategiesKnowledge of web analytics, SEO, and content management systemsProficiency in graphic design software and ability to direct design projectsStrong leadership and project management skillsData-driven decision-making ability with excellent analytical skillsPay range and compensation package: The base compensation range is $110-140k in San Jose, California.Equal Opportunity Statement: Adeia is an equal opportunity employer.
