About The RoleWe are searching for a motivated individual to join our growing team of survey and design professionals as we survey and design the communities in which we live, work, and play. Qualified candidates must have high-level verbal and written communication skills, excellent computer skills (AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office), a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well alone and collaboratively.As a Registered Land Surveyor, you will manage survey projects and Clients, and spend time both in and out of the office performing property line and field topography surveys, preparing existing site conditions plans, and providing construction stakeout. You will also oversee survey department staff, have project and staff scheduling responsibilities, coordinate with Clients, municipal and other regulatory agencies, and attend day and evening meetings to present plans. Our ideal person has an associate's or bachelor's degree in land surveying and is a professional land surveyor.Position Requirements5+ years of related experience (field and office, including a strong proficiency in land surveying standards and procedures)Project Management Experience is preferredPLS preferred (with PA license)Ability to manage self and others, and surveying ProjectsProficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3DProficiency in Microsoft OfficeValid driver's license and reliable transportationWe expect you to work hard and have fun while utilizing your survey and communication skills.
