DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:PQTF: Setup Laser process and make sure sampling done as setupPQTF: Setup Dicing process and make sure sampling done as setupPQTF: Setup final rinse process and make sure sampling done as setupPQTF: Help related teams to setup automationPQTF: Help related teams to setup quality systemPQTF: Create process guidelines to meet the customer's developmentJoin meeting to understand overall capability of processesREQUIREMENTS:Proven track record of leadership and management in a substrate for semiconductor manufacturing. Excellent critical and analytical thinkingExcellent problem-solving skill and ability to make data-driven decisionsGood understanding of process Laser/Dicing/Final rinsingGood understanding of the specification of productQUALITIFICATIONS:Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with colleagues.Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United StatesEDUCATION:· Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or science related to chemistryEXPERIENCE: · 5+ year of Engineering experience in the substrate for semiconductor
