As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing our production equipment. Your role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing process.Key ResponsibilitiesPerforming routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipmentTroubleshooting and diagnosing issues with equipmentConducting regular inspections of equipment to identify potential problemsMaintaining accurate records of maintenance and repairsCollaborating with management and production teams to identify areas for improvementMaintaining a clean and safe work areaQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent2+ years of experience in a maintenance technician roleStrong electrical knowledge, including working with PLCs and hydraulicsExperience with bearings and lubricationAbility to read and interpret technical manuals and schematicsStrong problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and teamwork abilitiesAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasksBenefitsHourly rate: $23-$30/hrGenerous Vacation/PTO - you deserve plenty of breaks!Medical, Dental, Vision401k planCompetitive bonuses and commissionsEmail Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
