JRN: 1638We are seeking an experienced and motivated Executive Assistant to support the CEO and CTO of a rapidly growing stealth technology/software startup based in San Francisco, CA. The ideal candidate will have experience providing top-tier executive support at the C-suite level, preferably to a CEO or cofounder, and will possess exceptional interpersonal skills to build strong rapport with the founders, team members, and external partners.Requirements:Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant to C-Suite executives, preferably to a CEO or cofounder.Proven track record of managing complex calendars, travel arrangements, and high-level communications.Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building rapport with a diverse range of individuals.Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.Proficiency in office software and collaboration tools (e.g. Google Workspace, Slack, expense reporting tools etc).Confident, proactive, and adaptable, with a positive attitude and professional demeanor.Discreet and trustworthy, with the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.Collaborative team player who can work independently and as part of a team.Responsibilities:Manage the CEO and CTO's complex calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.Prepare and organize meeting materials, agendas, and presentations.Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of execs.Coordinate and prioritize incoming communications, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.Arrange detailed travel itineraries for the execs, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.Anticipate and resolve any travel-related issues to ensure smooth and hassle-free trips.Work closely with Office Managers on the team, providing backup support as needed to ensure continuous and efficient executive support.Collaborate with team members to facilitate smooth operations and project execution.Organize and/or help facilitate company events, meetings, and offsites.Schedule: Monday - Friday, business hours, with flexibility as neededCompensation: $120-150K base, full benefits, equity, and other company perksLocation: San Francisco, CA - fully in office
