We are part of Gary Keller's Top 200 Market Center Mastermind Group with almost $2B in Sales in the last two years. We have a very Aggressive Cap Program which includes no monthly office bill. Our Market Center includes a vibrant Staff focused on Growth and includes our top ranked PC Program, Director of Growth, Team Leader Executive Assistant, Marketing Department, 2 Assistant Team Leaders and ISA all housed in a State-of-the-Art Market Center. We are investing in Teamerage, built a Profitable Mortgage Company with over 70 agent investors and are about to finalize 2 Joint Ventures. Our Top Agents includes 5 who are in Gary's Top 100 Mastermind Group.The ideal candidate will have the ability to Lead, Coach, Train and Consult the Leadership Team and Top Agents at an extremely high level.Duties & ResponsibilitiesThe President of Growth & Expansion will be responsible for:Leading strategic initiatives to rapidly recruit high producing and high potential real estate agents to the office.Oversee the hiring, leadership and development of the staff as well as ensure they are properly trained and held accountable to KW Kansas City Metro high performance standards.Manage and accelerate the financial performance of the office, paying close attention to, and making necessary adjustments to key financial indicators, to maximize profitability.Provide business development and financial management consulting to top agents with the office, helping them make dramatic growth in their personal production and performance.Promote a strong learning-based environment and ensure that agents have access to top of the line training and educational opportunities.Maintain a positive and empowering environment that both challenges associates to reach their potential, while providing for a caring, people-first, atmosphere.QualificationsA proven track record of sales and leadership success and ready for your next stepAbility to build powerful relationships and recruit and consult effectively and consistentlyStrong verbal leadership and communication skills and social poiseAlthough a background in real estate sales is preferred, a candidate with an exceptional track record in another endeavor, who also possesses exceptional leadership, coaching and consulting skills, will also be consideredProven ability to work in a collaborative team setting as well as drive work individuallyYou want to succeed through other people!!Top candidates will be natural leaders, influencers, and teachers.
