As an "emerging practice area," you will work collaboratively with the shop's General Manager, Assistant Manager and Shift Leads to ensure the objectives of the business and the training program are achieved. Confers with and updates General Manager, Assistant Manager, Shift Leads and Coffee Mentors regarding the strengths/skills/goals of each trainee. Instructs and guides in observing and collecting data. Onboards/orients/trains Shift and Training Supervisor, Shift Leads and Coffee Mentors regarding trainees and working with individuals with disabilities. Achieves Key Performance Indicator targets related to the training program. Develops and maintains proficiency in Barista, Cashier, Stockroom Support, and Cafe Keeper positions at Inspired. As part of the Inspired team, provides shift coverage as needed. Experience, Qualifications, and Requirements:EducationCertified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) credential, Occupational Therapist (OT) credential is preferred. Bachelor's Degree in Special Education, experience as Transition Coordinator in an educational setting is preferred.Years of Experience2+ years working with people with disabilities. Experience working in an "emerging practice area" is highly desiredRequirementsAble to work nights and weekends from time to timeValid Driver's license Demonstrated experience understanding /using internal management reports.Knowledgeable and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, ExcelStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.
