If you're ready to disrupt the status quo, this opportunity is for you.Responsibilities:Design & Implement New Mortgage Products: Develop innovative solutions to meet evolving market needs.Optimize Existing Products: Identify opportunities to enhance current offerings, driving competitiveness and profitability.Analyze Market Trends: Evaluate investor product offerings and competitors to stay ahead of industry trends.Ensure Marketability & Compliance: Align product offerings with investor standards to maintain maximum liquidity and loan marketability.Collaborate Across Departments: Partner with Legal, Credit Risk, Compliance, Fair Lending, and other teams to ensure new products align with risk thresholds and operational needs.Drive System Enhancements: Identify and implement updates to loan origination systems, pricing engines, and vendor interfaces to support product innovation.Maintain Product Parameters: Apply system updates to eligibility rules within loan origination systems to ensure accurate and compliant operations.Develop Training & Communication Materials: Create product profiles, underwriting guidelines, announcements, and presentations to ensure seamless product adoption across teams.Qualifications:Mortgage Expertise: 3-5 years of mortgage industry experience with solid knowledge of program guidelines and secondary market requirements.Strong Analytical Skills: Keen attention to detail and ability to analyze trends and data effectively.Excellent Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to engage with internal stakeholders.Organizational Excellence: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Software Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field preferred.
