This organization is renowned for its innovative approach and commitment to excellence, offering a high-impact role that will drive their HR technology strategy forward.The Opportunity:In this position, you'll play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing the company's Workday ecosystem, which includes Core HCM, Benefits (focused on the UK, Hong Kong, and Singapore), Learning, Absence, Time Tracking (for the non-exempt population), Compensation, and Performance modules. You'll collaborate closely with the People Team, who are the primary users of Workday, and empower all employees to manage personal and absence data while ensuring data integrity and compliance.What We're Looking For:Proven expertise in Workday in a financial institution.
