Join our team as a Facilities Lead to help keep our buildings beautiful and a wonderful place to work.Position Responsibilities Plan preventative maintenance, budgets, capital expenses and projects.Schedule, assign and perform carpentry, electrical, painting, plumbing, heating / ventilation, roofing, inspection and security duties.Monitor landscaping, office, janitorial, housekeeping and security performance and cleanliness.Respond to emergency maintenance requests and troubleshoot any issues.Assist with construction project management.Keep an accurate record of all maintenance requests electronically.Prepare reports for management review.Minimum RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.Experience working with MEP, landscaping, HVAC and electrical systems.Previous warehouse facilities / "hands-on" management experience preferred.Some weekend and evening work.BenefitsComplete medical, dental, vision and life insurance coverage and other wellness programs.401(k) with 6% employer match.
