Crown Recruiting seeks a Sales Agronomist to join an outstanding family-owned ag company in the Fessenden, ND area. In this role, you'll take over a territory with established accounts, allowing you to quickly start earning bonuses within your first year. You'll also step into a managerial role, contributing to inventory management, training, & scheduling. With the opportunity to enhance your existing client base, you'll leverage your book of business to foster further growth. The focus is on customer service, getting out in the fields, & building strong relationships with your growers. Operations work is kept minimal, so you can concentrate on driving results. Competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package included.Sales Agronomist Responsibilities: Develop & sustain strong relationships with current & prospective clientsManage an established territory with accounts ready to drive immediate salesLead sales presentations, product demonstrations, & offer expert agronomic guidance, including crop planning recommendationsFocus on increasing sales of crop inputs & related products to established customersProvide knowledgeable agronomic advice & tailored solutions to clientsAssist with inventory management, training, & schedulingSales Agronomist Qualifications:Valid driver's license & willingness to travel within territory requiredBachelor's degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Science, Crop Science, or related field2-3 years' experience in sales within ag industry preferredStrong knowledge of agronomic practices, crop production, & ag technologiesStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required & ability to learn/use Ag softwareExcellent communication & interpersonal skillsWe kindly request that all applicants respect the confidentiality of this posting and refrain from attempting to deduce or disclose the associated company.
