Collaborate with the NYC Corporate office and showroom to maintain organization, order and cleanliness of showroom floors, offices and service clients during selling campaigns. What You'll Do:Professional and presentable in appearance, communication, and conductResponsible for managing all aspects of reception including building guest registration, welcoming in-person guests along with answering and directing all incoming phone callsShowrooms & Kitchen Bathroom upkeepService clients during market appointments (coffee, drinks, breakfast, lunch, snacks)Ordering and budgeting for food during market or other eventsOversee all flowers for showroom and office space Inventory control of cleaning and kitchen suppliesResponsible for ensuring overall kitchen and showroom organization to enable a smooth running and efficient working environment. Manage and Promote the Recycling program and complianceEnd of Season Showroom Inventory assistance Sample Sale Team memberAssist leaders as needed and perform other related tasks as assigned by Manager and Senior LeadersSupports Human Resources and IT department to ensure seamless Onboarding and Offboarding processSupports Human Resources with administrative support and office operationsProvides hands-on support during office events and wellness initiativesEnsures that showroom and offices are physically maintained during day through light cleaning Partners with Building Management to schedule cleaning and communicate issues, responsible for scheduling freight elevator and special pickup requestsPerform other related duties as required.
