ATM Field Technician

Position: Field Service TechnicianPay: $21.00/hour Location: Brunswick, GAShift: Flexible schedule required, including nights, weekends, overtime, flex shifts, and on-call.Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced •Field Service Technician• to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair ATMs in a remote field service environmentYou will be responsible for diagnosing problems, performing repairs, and ensuring the accurate and timely completion of service reportsThis position requires travel to multiple locations daily, and you must have strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsExperience in field service environments is required, and you will need to manage inventory and follow strict safety procedures when working with ATMs in financial institutions.Key Responsibilities: Perform minor maintenance, repairs, and component replacements at the module level for ATMsMaintain accurate parts inventory and related recordsDiagnose issues based on error logs and call informationProvide status reports throughout service repairs and ensure SLA agreements are metFollow security safety procedures while working with ATMs and financial institutionsComplete NCR-specific training and certificationsEnsure accurate and timely reporting of calls and activities.Physical Requirements: May require bending, squatting, walking, standing, or sitting for prolonged periodsMay require carrying and lifting a tool kit/parts weighing 1-50 lbsDaily travel of up to 200 miles may be requiredRotating shifts, nights, and weekends may be required.Required Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent0-1 years of related field service experienceReliable transportation and a smartphone (Android or iPhone)Basic tools, including #1 and #2 flathead and Phillips screwdriversBasic electrical and mechanical aptitude.Preferred Qualifications:Associate degree preferred.Previous experience with NCR or similar equipment.Strong troubleshooting skills and mechanical abilities.
