Check out the job details below and apply if interested!Position Summary:To develop and monitor development progress of acquired land for the division Essential Functions: Core duties or tasks fundamental and not marginal to the performance of the job. Ensure that lots are bought on time within budget and to company standardsCoordinate amenity requirements and entrance constructionMonitor development activities and terms of purchase contract of outside lot developersWork jointly with Area Construction Managers to ensure lots meet specificationsHandle and resolve Construction Manager concerns related to relevant lotsGenerate and update land development budget with Vice President, Land Acq & DevMonitor lot development process for quality and timelinessCoordinate with Land Acquisition Manager regarding requested deal terms and preliminary budgetsPrepare lot listing/fence/lot fit plan with Construction ManagerConsult with Engineer or private developer to complete lot design and site planInspect finished lots for completion and turn over to ProductionComplete lot design and site planWork with consultants to ensure accuracy of lot fit matrixInspect phase for completion and coordinate resolutionMonitor lot development progressComplete lot acceptance check list prior to closing on lotsMinimum Job Requirements:EducationBachelor's degree in Land Management, Business Management or related field.Experience7+ years previous land development experience. Incumbent should have working knowledge of residential construction or similar industry. Incumbent must have a well developed network of land development related trades.Technical/Professional SkillsUnderstanding of the land development/construction process Computer Skills:Microsoft Office, SMART (Proprietary software)
