Production Manager - ConstructionPosition OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated Production Manager to oversee our construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing production schedules, ensuring quality control, and leading the team to deliver outstanding results on time and within budget.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the production processes in construction projects to ensure efficiency and quality.Coordinate with project teams to establish timelines and deliverables.Supervise and mentor staff, fostering a productive and collaborative environment.Ensure compliance with safety and building regulations throughout the production process.Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines.Maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project needs are met.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.Proven experience in a production management role within the construction industry.Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.Familiarity with project management software and tools.BenefitsLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
