Job Title: Coordinator, Emerging Talent and Diversity Recruiting Strategy (ETDRS)Department: Global Talent AcquisitionPosition Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Coordinator to join our Emerging Talent and Diversity Recruiting Strategy (ETDRS) team within Global Talent Acquisition. This role will support various initiatives and processes that promote diverse hiring and development pathways for emerging talent across the organization. The ideal candidate is passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in recruiting and has strong skills in communication, project coordination, and data management.Key Responsibilities:Recruitment Support: Assist ETDRS recruiters in the end-to-end recruitment process, including coordinating interviews, tracking candidates, and preparing recruitment materials.Diversity Initiatives: Support diversity hiring efforts by organizing outreach events, sourcing programs, and partnership initiatives with universities, professional organizations, and community groups.Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate events for early talent outreach and DEI recruiting, including virtual career fairs, campus recruitment events, and internal DEI workshops.Data and Metrics Tracking: Maintain accurate records and generate reports on candidate pipelines, recruitment outcomes, and DEI metrics to support strategic insights and continuous improvement.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and external partners to ensure smooth communication, alignment, and consistency in all ETDRS initiatives.Administrative Tasks: Manage team calendars, handle candidate correspondence, and assist with scheduling and preparation for team meetings.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Proven experience in recruiting coordination, event planning, or project coordination, preferably within DEI or early talent programs.Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to work with multiple stakeholders.Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and familiarity with diversity recruitment tools and platforms.Preferred Skills:Experience with DEI programs or campus recruiting.Knowledge of HR systems, recruitment metrics, and data reporting.Passion for fostering inclusive workplaces and supporting emerging talent.
