We are seeking a Brand Assurance Coordinator to ensure that the highest quality, trend-focused product lines make it to market across all channels of distribution, across many different brands. Your attention to detail and customer services skills will help you to elevate the consumer experience across our products.Key areas of focus will include creating a variety of communication decks, crafting visual submission feedback, interfacing with all touchpoints of the Product Development process, maintaining calendars and timelines, creating materials for streamlining workflow, trafficking submission feedback, compiling line sheets, securing NDAs, managing budgets/invoices, scheduling, and other support related projects.Responsibilities:Assist with maintaining day-to-day flow of product submissions.Create layouts with strong typography and appropriate use of color, images and fonts, allowing for readability and clear action in communication decks.Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure the highest quality support for creative needs including product mockups, and design communication tools that communicate visually to support business objectives.Manage project and partner timelines while maintaining high attention to detail.Troubleshoot approvals issues and creative needs.Initiate and track status of Contractual samples, receive and inventory all samples.Shepard licensees to adhere to their launch plan by proactively setting up meetings, tracking milestones and proactively flagging when timing might be impacted.Monitor competitors, product innovation, brand awareness and retail trends by curious exploration and research.Multi-task and prioritize multiple projects within a set deadline.Secure NDAs and other legal documentation for licensees.Maintain and update budget, along with submitting invoices.Offer administrative support such as scheduling Licensee and Licensor outreach, submission trafficking, maintain the Licensee Tracker, scheduling, take meeting notes, and other tasks as appropriate.Required Skills:Bachelor's Degree in a design related field is required.3-4 years of experience working with style guides in licensing, marketing, advertising, or branding.Knowledge of Hardline's and Softline's categories and the defining characteristics for each.Ability to manipulate graphics, create hierarchy layouts, recolor graphics, retouch graphics and create product mockups.Strong verbal and written communication skillsProofreading skillsEagerness to learn, adapt and be proactive in a rapidly changing environment.Excellent relationship builder with collaborative team player mentalityMaintain a confident, friendly rapport with all partners and while negotiating for compliance.Pay Rate$27-$30/hour 2+ days a week onsite
