Trustpoint.One is assisting a defense litigation firm in its search for an Insurance Defense Paralegal.The firm handles matters for corporations and individuals nationwide including commercial litigation, construction defects, insurance coverage and liquor liability.Insurance Defense Paralegal Duties:Provide administrative support to attorneysPrepare standard correspondence, memoranda and other legal documentsElectronically file documents with courtsMonitoring incoming court filingsHandle communication with opposing counsel, clients, witnesses and expertsMaintain attorney calendarsConduct social media, internet and docket searchesLocate and develop case relevant information.
