Together, every team member contributes to making American Woodmark a place where people can express who they are through what they do.POSITION PURPOSE:This position will lead with functional authority and collaboration with Oracle Process Specialists to drive our digital transformation efforts related to Engineering and Maintenance for the Manufacturing Oracle implementation team. They will act as change advocates/champions within the Engineering function and work with key maintenance, engineers and organizational user groups. They will ensure workstream issues or required decisions are escalated quickly and as needed to enable on-time program delivery. The Process Lead-Engineering will be responsible for communicating, coordinating, and managing business SMEs within the Engineering and maintenance areas. They will be responsible to highlight and summarize variations in business processes, and lead in rebuilding business processes to be in alignment with system constraints.IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to excel at the essential functions assigned.
