Power Electronics Hardware Development Engineer

DescriptionWe are seeking a Lead Power Electronics Engineer to design and size low voltage AC and DC drives while developing packaging system designs for the factory. You will be a key technical leader responsible for designing, developing, and overseeing the implementation of power electronics systems and solutions. Design, develop, modify, and evaluate electronic parts, components or integrated circuitry for electronic equipment and other hardware systemsDetermine design approaches and parametersAnalyze equipment to establish operating data and conduct experimental tests/evaluate resultsDevelop extensive knowledge of a technical disciplineUtilize prior experience and acquired technical expertise to execute policy/strategyUtilize understanding of key business drivers to accomplish own workPropose different solutions outside of set parametersWork with a team of engineers to create innovative and efficient power electronics products, ensuring they meet performance, safety, and regulatory standards.Lead Power Electronics Engineer Qualifications Bachelor's degree OR High School Diploma/GED and at least 6 years of experience in EngineeringStrong background in power electronics, simulation tools, thermal management, and compliance standardsStrong technical and analytical skills
