JOB SUMMARYDashing Diva is seeking a creative, motivated, and passionate Senior Brand Manager with proven success in the retail and/or beauty industry.The Senior Brand Manager is responsible for the overall brand strategy and messaging, integrated go-to-marketing plans, and the conceptualization, creation, and deployment of brand marketing initiatives. The Senior Brand Manager should possess attention to detail and the ability to both see the big picture and the execution of daily activities.Collaborating closely with key cross-functional partners and channel owners, this role will be responsible for developing and executing upon the marketing strategy to achieve the desired business objectives, from full-funnel campaign launches, evergreen communication strategies, PR & event management, influencer partnerships, to concepting out of the box brand collaborations.The Senior Brand Manager in this role must have a pulse on what is happening in the beauty and fashion retail industry, digital space and new marketing trends, and current events.MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop overall brand messaging, seasonal, and product campaigns based on brand pillars, goals, and new innovation launches.Develop and own the omni-channel go-to-market calendar that embodies the Dashing Diva brand and visual aesthetic.Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create and increase brand awareness, disseminate a brand message that resonates with Dashing Diva's target demographic, and to keep customers (new, existing, and potential growth customers) aware of company's business activitiesSet and align strategic goals related to digital advertising and marketing campaign initiativesPlan, organize, and execute marketing functions and operations to ensure they project a cohesive brand voiceAnalyze target consumer insights, and market insights information to identify and recommend effective marketing approaches and identify potential new customer growthOversee reporting and optimization on marketing initiatives, conduct thorough analysis on ROI, and develop necessary solutionsWork closely with VP of Marketing to define marketing budget and manage P&L closelySupervise the marketing department and provide guidance and feedback to other marketing professionalsCollaborate with C-Suite to develop growth plans for the organizationPerform other related duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field7+ years of marketing and/or advertising experience in retail and or beauty industry3+ years of supervisory or managerial role experienceExpertise in strategic marketing campaigns, branding, and digital marketing formsExceptional understanding and knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta, and Marketing KPIsAbility to apply marketing techniques over digital (i.e. social media, digital advertising) and non-digital (i.e. press, OOH print, collaborations, activations) channelsExceptional knowledge of marketing techniques, data analysis methods and platformsDemonstrable experience in developing efficient strategies and integrated business plans for all marketing aspects (branding, promotion, social media, press etc.)Excellent leadership with effective team-building skillsHighly organized and able to multitask and manage multiple projects/competing prioritiesProfessional presence and ability to develop strong working relationships with executive managementProactive work ethic/ ability to present solutions and solve issues effectivelyExquisite communication and interpersonal skillsLocation: Port Washington, NY | Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days at home)Job Type: Full-time | ExemptSalary Range: $120,000~$150,000 per yearThe base pay offered varies depending on multiple factors, such as market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and years of experience.Dashing Diva is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, gender identity, religion, sex, age, national origin, disability, veteran status, sexual orientation, genetic information or any other classification protected by Federal, State or Local law
