Job Specific Requirements:5+ Years of Plastic Injection Molding Experience RequiredSit in on all project kick off meetingsResponsibility for researching information on primary and secondary resinsHelp choose the appropriate press for the jobTonnage calculationsResidence calculationsMake sure the proper equipment it chosen and available for each jobWork with the project or materials managers to order sample materialsWork with resin distributors to get material help on site if neededManage all validation mold samplesMold Set upMaterial set upDirect set up tech on mold sampleResponsible for preparing try out results and distributing to appropriate personelSit in all customer conference calls to explain all aspects of each mold sample, if necessaryWork with automation group to set up proper part removal systemWork with QE to set up proper OQ DOE and corner studiesAdditional Training Requirements:May be required to perform the duties of Quality Engineering if necessary.May be required to hold and/or attend training meetings and or information meetings.Additional job specific training needs - mustMoldflow - (Future)Scientific processing - (Ex.
