Apply now to be considered for this excellent career opportunity.SummaryThe Maintenance Supervisor will oversee maintenance and repair of machines, tools, equipment, and utility systems in a food production environment.Key responsibilities include ensuring productivity, quality, and safety; adhering to company policies and regulations; and coordinating maintenance operations.The ideal candidate has a background in mechanical and electrical experience in the food industry, strong communication skills, and ability to work in a team.Work requires standing, walking, bending, and squatting for long periods.Additionally, the candidate should have knowledge of PLCs, electrical systems, and troubleshooting.They will work in a hot, cold, refrigerated, and frozen environments and must be able to push/pull heavy loads using hand-operated lift trucks.The Maintenance Supervisor will work closely with other shift supervisors and lead persons on different shifts to ensure continuity of work and uphold SQF Food Safety Code for manufacturing requirements.Other duties as may be assigned or volunteered for.Required skills include PLC troubleshooting, creating preventive maintenance plans, heavy equipment repair, electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, hydraulics experience, and machine safety inspections.Must be proficient in Allen Bradley and Siemens systems.
