Loan ProcessorWayne, PA 19087In-Office in Wayne, PA OfficeReports to: Processing Team LeadSalary: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour + monthly incentiveSUMMARY:The Loan Processor manages, and reviews manufactured housing real estate loan documentation to ensure it is completed and complies with company policies and regulationsThe Loan Processor works closely with borrowers, dealers, underwriters, and the Inside and Outside Sales teamsSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:NoneDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Review and enter loan applications into the Loan Origination SystemPrepare required disclosuresGather all documentation and information for the loan, including all approval conditions required by the underwriterSubmit and follow up on orders placed with third-party service providersMaintain and manage loan filesCommunicate with all parties involved in the transaction, including but not limited to underwriters, attorneys, title companies, appraisers, and dealers, to move the loan efficiently and accurately from application to settlementPerforms other related duties as assignedSKILLS/ABILITIES:Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essentialFollow-Up: Strong ability to follow up on assigned loans, maintaining consistent communication and record keepingDatabase Management: Proficiency in data entry and experience with database management systems to maintain accurate recordsAdaptability: Willingness to take on additional responsibilities as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environmentEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:High School Diploma required/College Degree (preferred)One year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education andexperience that meets the required knowledge, skills, and abilitiesCall center environment preferredPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computerMust be able to lift up to 15 pounds at timesSCHEDULE:Monday to Friday40 hours per week/day shiftFull-time - Non-ExemptWe are an equal opportunity employer, and we are an organization that values diversity.
