We also offer company-provided short-term disability, an employee assistance program, and a wellness program.Position Overview:The Manager of Branch Marketing & Training Development supports CrossCountry Mortgage by developing and executing marketing training plans that support strategic business initiatives. This role is the central point of contact for marketing initiatives and manages onboarding field sales training from concept to completion. This role supports CCM's national footprint and requires frequent travel. The Manager of Branch Marketing & Training Development ensures new members of CCM sales teams are set up for success with all marketing tools and access required.Job Responsibilities:Conduct training sessions for large-volume transitions or acquisitions by collaborating with executive management and transition teams; attend onsite meetings and establish timelines as needed.Provide clients with an understanding of how to utilize marketing tools, platforms, and resources.Develop curriculum and job aids for marketing technology platforms in cooperation with other departments to ensure comprehensive and effective training.Oversee training on marketing software to enhance user adoption, delivering web-based training and traveling to branches as required.Create and maintain department SOPs, FAQs, and training templates, updating resources based on procedural or policy changes and internal process improvements.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training, e-learning, and professional development.Ensure training content remains up to date by maintaining knowledge of CRM features, integrations, and enhancements.Build strategic business partnerships with the corporate onboarding team, platform product owners, and field sales teams to enhance training effectiveness and the overall onboarding experience.Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment between training strategies and platform adoption goals; work with internal corporate departments to streamline processes in training materials and delivery.Gather necessary details and existing marketing assets from clients to ensure smooth transitions, managing information flow between clients and marketing project teams.Innovate and scale new and existing marketing assets to increase platform adoption and user efficiency; develop methods to boost marketing platform adoption and efficiency through targeted training initiatives.Utilize tools to map transition tasks, manage deadlines, and streamline processes for greater productivity.Monitor and assess training effectiveness through analytics and use insights to inform future learning strategies.Provide monthly reports to marketing leaders on branch onboarding training experiences, including insights on platform adoption and areas for improvement.Assist with internal audits and provide reports to ensure compliance and procedural adherence.Transition clients to the traffic queue for ongoing marketing support following successful onboarding.Perform other duties as assigned.Available to travel up to 50%.Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent combination of education/experience.Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing; marketing experience within financial services or the mortgage industry is preferred.3-5 years of experience in sales training, marketing planning, and leadership of a training organization.Experience managing and utilizing CRM systems.Familiarity with mortgage branch operations is preferred.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Advanced prioritization and time management skills.Excellent analytical skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).This job description is intended to convey information essential to understanding the scope of the job and the general nature and level of work performed by job holders within this job.
