Sales Estimator Job Description:Position Summary:We are seeking a motivated and experienced Estimator with a minimum of 5 years in residential construction and concrete foundation projects. The Estimator will be responsible for assessing project scopes and preparing detailed proposals, including accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimates for all project phases. This role will collaborate closely with the sales team to develop new business by building relationships with engineers, architects, subcontractors, contractors, and vendors.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure accurate estimates and successful project completion.Keep project stakeholders informed and provide thorough reporting, preparing presentations for management as needed.Understand and analyze project documents.Perform accurate quantity take-offs.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field, or equivalent experience.Strong knowledge of residential construction and concrete foundation methods, materials, and best practices, with at least 2 years of experience in estimating.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).Highly motivated with excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong time management abilities.Ability to read and understand architectural and structural project plans, as well as site plans.Ability to manage multiple projects and bids simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Benefits:Salary starting from $75,000 per year (commensurate with experience).Medical, dental, and vision insurance.401(k) matching plan.Paid holidays, sick leave, and vacation.Physical Demands:Full-time office position with occasional site visits.Job Type: Full-timePay: Starting from $75,000.00 per yearSchedule:8-hour shift, Monday to FridayRelocation:Must be able to relocate to Woodbine, MD 21797 before starting work (required).Work Location: In-personAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
