STAK Ventures Sales ManagerSTAK Ventures is actively seeking an experienced Office Community Manager with a proven track record in an office environment or the coworking industry. The ideal candidate has a hospitality mindset, is detail-oriented, and a proven community leader. You will help us grow the community by creating a great member experience while executing sales and operational tasks with excellence. This is your opportunity to take ownership and responsibility of a mission-driven business with the complete support and experience of STAK corporate. There is a lot of growth opportunity in this position.ResponsibilitiesCommunity managementCreate a friendly environment to facilitate high member satisfactionEspouse STAK's positive values of integrated Live Work Play Go ecosystemPlan and launch community initiatives to create connections between members of different organizations. This might include targeted member introductions, recommending possible mentor matches, running networking events, and managing communications within the space and through digital vehicles.Seek out information about the business and personal objectives of tenant organizations and their individual membersResolve issues between members quickly and in a manner that diffuses tensionFoster a sense of inclusivity where fresh ideas are welcomeBe knowledgeable about STAK's membership contracts and guidelines, as well as federal, state, and local laws that manage the work environment. Explain these policies to members, as necessary.Oversee new member onboarding and member moves out of the spaceEvents planning and executionBuild a quarterly calendar of coworking events that engages all stakeholders:Current members: Educational (e.g., lunch and learns) and appreciation events (e.g., happy hours)Future members: Lead generation and sales-related eventsLocal community: Identify outside organizers and encourage them to use our event space. Depending on the exact nature, these events should also be used to build STAK's CRM.Manage to the allotted budgetPresent our community professionallyWith your team, oversee events, from catering to a smooth event check-in process to cleanupBusiness developmentWith STAK corporate, be responsible for setting and achieving sales objectives, occupancy rates, and pricingConduct tours for prospective membersContact the local community leaders to generate interest in your STAK SiteEngage with the local community by attending relevant events they are hostingEnsure that new members will fit with STAK's culture dynamics and missionMaintain a positive relationship with key vendorsFacilities and space managementManage all building operations to the satisfaction of membersMaximize uptime and availability of key facilities assets like the Wifi network, kitchen, printers/copiers, conference rooms, and loungesKeep members aware of facilities issues that may impact themUtilize STAK app and coworking software applications to manage the space and membershipMake recommendations to STAK corporate about new features or perks that will entice membersSubmit maintenance tickets for repairs to the facility and key equipmentEnsure cleaning is conducted to specBe aware of local laws and regulations as they pertain to member safety and emergency preparednessExperience and RequirementsBachelors degreeExperience in either a sales or customer service roleDemonstrated project management skillsHighly technically capable. Able to understand and work with the variety of hardware and software applications that our space depends onExperience managing corporate social media campaignsA sharp professional appearancePassion for the Bay Area and our entrepreneurial communityInterest in working independently with only occasional interactions with the ownersFluent in English.
