Construction Superintendent - GCPosition OverviewThe Construction Superintendent will oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from pre-construction through to completion. This role is crucial in ensuring that projects are executed safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and supervise construction activities on-site to ensure project timelines are met.Manage subcontractors and construction personnel to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure project objectives are achieved.Prepare and maintain project schedules, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.Ensure all materials and equipment are ordered and delivered on time for project needs.Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures on-site to maintain a safe work environment.QualificationsProven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role in the general contracting field.Strong knowledge of one or more of the following: commercial renovation, tenant improvements (TI), ground-up construction, restoration, or facade work.Experience with structural concrete and industrial projects is highly desirable.Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and interact with clients and stakeholders.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.BenefitsLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
