Job Details:My client is a Commercial Building Automation and Security company. They are actively seeking a Building Automation Specialist with retrofit and commissioning experience to be involved in installation.Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Retro-commissioning:Provide Software project upload and data insertionComplete onsite testingCollect field readingPerform automation system verification and validation, providing documentation of devices tested.Complete daily reportsBAS/Construction Installation:Retrofit/new construction commercial and light industrial applicationsProgramming of unitary controllers, area controllers, and web-based applicationsInteract with customer IT professionals regarding web deployment.Work with equipment vendors/sub-contractors, and others to coordinate communication protocols, encryption, and database requirements for integrationHVAC/Service:Conduct preventive maintenance, repair, installation, commissioning, and BAS servicing of systemsProvide service and troubleshooting for existing systemsGeneral Responsibilities:Punctual on all assigned job sites and meetings each dayProfessional and positive attitude to ensure customer satisfaction and team satisfactionFlexible with schedule as overtime and after-hours is sometimes needed by customersTimely submission of all daily paperwork and reportsSend a resume to dg@ and/or call Dan Gallagher at 484 567 2084 for a prompt discussion.BuildingAutomationMechanicalContractormidsenior
