Interim Head of HR - Contract Position Position is estimated to last 4-6 months with a possibility of permanent after Responsibilities Lead HR activities in the US and propose a ramp-up strategy for efficient growth and Biotech Business needs, including building a commercial ramp-up planDrive the Global Leveling/Grading project in support of the CHROSupervise US HR policies and processes and propose improvements when necessaryOversee payroll management for the US entity and ensure compliance with government regulationsProvide consultation to US management on staffing plans, compensation, benefits, training, and development, budget, and labor relationsDirect routine HR functions, including hiring, payroll supervision, benefits, leave, and enforcing company policiesMaintain efficient Global onboarding process and connect executives with employees to improve engagement and strategic talent resource plansHandle discipline and termination of employees and resolve conflicts through positive and professional mediationAnalyze compensation and benefits trends and propose initiatives to support retention and engagement of employeesMaintain knowledge of HR trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in collaboration with French HR colleaguesCreate workplace health protocols and ensure safety complianceGive helpful and engaging presentationsManage payroll processing systems and maintain accuracy and timelinessKey CompetenciesIn-depth understanding of Biotech culture and public and listed requirements for US companiesInternational experience and intercultural management skills is KEYCollaboration, curiosity, courage, and credibility values criticalStrong experience in Talent, C&B and recruitment on the US marketAbility to build a commercial ramp-up plan to support efficient growth and Biotech Business needs
