You will develop new and strengthen existing client relationships that will reach the highest levels of our clients' organizations. You will lead primary research studies to uncover insights and stories meaningful for client growth. You will spearhead studies' design, their execution, analysis, interpretation of results and their reporting. Your ability to manage projects efficiently, collaborate with diverse teams, and communicate research findings and insights effectively is essential for success in this role.Key Responsibilities Project Planning and Questionnaire DevelopmentRefine project objectives and scope in collaboration with clients or stakeholdersDesign questionnaires for custom studies that answer business questionsProject Flow:Coordinate data collection efforts with the project teamAdvise on quotas, weighting, samplingEnsure data tables and banners are produced and structured to answer key business questionsIdentify and address issues or roadblocks that may ariseDevelop solutions to overcome challenges and meet project objectivesIdentify areas for improvement and implement changes for future projects.Reporting and Presentation:Analyze and interpret survey resultsWork alongside the Analytics team on presenting multivariate findingsPrepare insightful PowerPoint reports and presentation decks that present, summarize, synthesize findings and recommend actionPresent research results to stakeholders, clients, or senior managementClient Interaction:Build a trusting relationship with the clientsMaintain regular communication with clients to provide project updates and address their concernsManage client expectations and ensure satisfaction with the research process and outcomesQualificationsBachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Marketing, Business, Market Research)3+ years of market research experience (experience in healthcare preferred)Has directed custom quantitative research projects (qualitative a plus)Thorough understanding of and experience with market research tools and constructs: crosstabs, banners, weighting, incidence, response ratesHas created and written custom research reportsCan-do attitude with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, especially with clientsThere will be math - knowledge of statistics and multi-variate analysis a plusIs a flexible thinker; can adapt to changing demands; willing to embrace and learn new technologies / new methodologiesThrives in a deadline-driven environmentAlready lives in the Philadelphia region (preferably) or is willing to travel to our HQ for meetings and short assignments as the need arisesPlease submit your resume along with a cover letter.Salary commensurate with experience.
