Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. This role will be pivotal in enhancing our online presence, driving engagement, and supporting positive brand and profile-raising initiatives through effective digital marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities:Create and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with the firm's goals and objectives.Oversee the development of engaging content for the firm's website, blog, social media, and email campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand voice and legal industry standards.Spearhead the firm's CRM system and initiatives.Lead the firm's website presence and maintenance, including content strategy and posting, design, and functionality.Optimize website, including on page and off page SEO tactics, to improve organic traffic and search rankings.Develop and execute social media strategies, monitor engagement, and analyze performance metrics to enhance brand visibility and engagement.Identify key metrics and utilize tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights to track performance, analyze trends, and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.Keep up-to-date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve the firm's marketing efforts.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the legal or professional services industry.Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.Strong knowledge of on-page content strategy, SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, CRM/Interaction, CMS/Wordpress/basic HTML skills,and analytics tools..Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content.Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting data to drive decision-making.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Sharp organizational skills and project management know-how.Intellectual curiosity and entrepreneurial spirit, while being a collaborative team player.
