The HRIS Analyst I will play a key role on our Human Resources Information Systems team, supporting the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of our HR technology systems. Primary responsibilities will include data management, system troubleshooting, user support, and ensuring data integrity within the HRIS. This individual serves as an Assistant Project Manager and technical point-of-contact for ensuring data integrity, testing system changes, report writing, analyzing data flows, and making recommendations for process improvement. This position is hands-on, contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of our HR operations. This role must have a clear and thorough understanding of HRIS processes & policies and a strong customer service focus.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesConduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and system integrity.Maintain Form i9 compliance and process verifications of employment, as needed.Assist with the collection of requested HR SOX compliance documentation for internal and external auditors.Provide technical support to HR Practitioners and end-users, troubleshooting system issues and inquiries, in a timely manner.Generate and distribute regular reports and analytics to support HR decision-making and compliance requirements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and system enhancements to optimize HRIS functionality.Participate in training sessions to educate HR Practitioners on system functionality and best practices.Assist in creating Standard operating Procedures for HRIS procedures, user guides, and training materials.Assist in the implementation and configuration of our HRIS platforms, including system setup, data migration, and testing.Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in HR technology and participate in enhancing system performance and user experience.Support HR initiatives and projects as needed, leveraging HRIS expertise to support in driving efficiencies and effectiveness.Demonstrates high level of quality work, attendance and appearance.Demonstrates high degree of professionalism in communication, attitude and teamwork with customers, peers and management.Adhere to all local, federal and state laws in addition to Company policies, procedures, and practices.Performs any other duties that may be assigned by management.
