Uphold Starbucks' brand values and operational procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards. Contribute to a clean, safe, and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines.Qualifications: Previous supervisory experience in the food service, retail, or hospitality industry is preferred. Passion for coffee and an appreciation for the Starbucks brand and culture. Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to build positive relationships with both customers and team members. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively. Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
