Trustpoint.One is hiring a Real Estate Transactional Attorney for our client in Cleveland. Our client is looking for a Senior Associate to join their Health Care Practice Group. The Real Estate attorney will be representing healthcare clients in all aspects of their real estate transactions including assisting with real estate matters arising in connection with health care facility acquisitions, divestitures, development, financing of medical and healthcare facilities, and leases, including drafting and negotiating purchase agreements and commercial leases. Our client represents institutions of all sizes and types in the healthcare industry and focuses on compliance and regulatory issues to ensure real estate transactions comply with healthcare regulatory requirements. RequirementsCandidates should have at least 7 years of practical, transactional law experience, specifically with experience in real estate transactionsMust be barred in OhioWe are looking for a senior level attorney with experience in taking the lead in negotiating and drafting purchase agreements, commercial leases, operation transfer agreements, and related agreements within the skilled nursing and assisted living facility fields. Candidates should be familiar with all aspects of potential business transactions related to skilled nursing and assisted living facilities, including joint ventures, mergers, acquisitions, and investments. The ideal candidate will have excellent academic credentials and communication skills. NOTE: The pay rate will be determined based on the candidate's industry knowledge and experience. All candidates must be able to work at a computer screen for a sustained amount of time.
