Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately estimating electrical construction costs for a variety of projects in healthcare, higher education, and other commercial sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems and be able to communicate effectively with project stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze project documents and specifications to accurately estimate costs for electrical systemsCollaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to develop comprehensive project estimatesPrepare detailed take-offs, pricing, and proposals for electrical construction workEnsure compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and standardsMaintain accurate records and documentation of project estimates and related dataQualificationsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field from an accredited university5+ years of experience in electrical estimating in the construction industryProficiency with Accubid or similar estimating softwareKnowledge of design-build and construction processesExperience working on projects in hospital or healthcare environmentsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsBenefitsLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
