Utilizes hardness tester to verify product meets required hardness.Maintain the heat treat warehouse by preparing product going to outside vendors.Maintain cleanliness and organization in department utilizing 6S.Perform daily department tasks such as cleaner titration, dew point readings, temperature verifications.Safely utilizes electric pallet jack to move product.Support team to achieve department and company goals.Participate in continuous improvement programs.Communicate production status and issues with other operators and supervision through face-to-face meetings and through email.Follow established procedures and processes.Complete assigned maintenance tasksOrganize the department work orders based on due dates.Performs other duties as required.
