Email Marketing Strategist

As an Email Marketing Strategist at Fidelitas, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing strategies to enhance customer retention and maximize the lifetime value of our client base, primarily through email and SMS marketing. This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility of both remote and in-office work, allowing you to thrive in a dynamic and results-oriented environment.Responsibilities:Create and implement effective retention marketing strategies to increase customer loyalty and reduce churnUtilize data-driven insights to identify trends, customer behaviors, and opportunities for improvement in retention effortsPlan and execute targeted retention campaigns across email and SMS channelsDevelop and refine customer segmentation strategies to tailor retention efforts to specific audience groupsEstablish a feedback loop with customers to gather insights, understand pain points, and continuously improve retention initiativesWork closely with cross-functional teams, including our paid media, organic social, web, and account management teams to align retention efforts with overall business objectivesProvide regular reports on key retention metrics and campaign performance, and use findings to iterate and optimize strategiesRequirements:1+ years of Klaviyo or Sendlane experience2+ years of experience in retention marketing, preferably in a digital marketing agency or e-commerce environmentStrong understanding of retention marketing tactics, including email marketing, loyalty programs, SMS, and customer segmentationProven track record of developing and executing successful retention campaigns that drive revenue growth and increase customer loyaltyExcellent analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics and ExcelStrong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsThis is a full-time position based in our downtown San Diego office.
