Community Health Plan of Imperial Valley (CHPIV) is Imperial County's Medi-Cal managed care plan. We are a locally managed public health care plan committed to working with members, providers, and the residents of Imperial County. As we look to continue to build something great, we are looking for a Program Supervisor to be responsible for supervision of internal business projects and programs involving department or cross-functional teams of subject matter experts, delivering products through the design process to completion. Who you are Our next team member will have the following: Operational Process Improvement experience Healthcare experience Experience with SharePoint Development Experience in Policy and Procedure development Proficiency in researching regulations applicable to projects Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook and Visio Excellent presentation and communication skills Ability to drive process improvement and meet deliverable deadlines Experience partnering with different levels of leadership across the organization If you have experience with the following, it's a huge bonus: Experience with MOC requirements Experience with Medicaid/Medicare and D-SNP requirements Experience in reporting programs, Power BI, Tableau Managed Care experience Experience working in a cross-functional highly matrixed organization Experience with NCQA documentation requirements Experience with SharePoint Development Experience in Policy and Procedure development Operational Process Improvement experience Proficiency in researching regulations applicable to projects What you will be doing In the role of Program Supervisor, you will: Actively collaborate with people responsible for internal business projects and programs involving department or cross-functional teams of subject matter experts, delivering products through the design process to completion. Plan and direct schedules as well as project budgets. Monitor the project from inception through delivery. Engage and oversee the work and training of the Project Specialist as well as external vendors. Focus on policy and process improvement, organizational change and other processes relative to the business. Lead and manage the team in planning and executing business programs. Serve as the subject matter expert in the functional areas of NCQA Accreditation and MOC requirements and lead projects to meet critical needs. Communicate and collaborate with customers to analyze and transform needs and goals into functional requirements. Delivers the appropriate artifacts as needed. Work with operational leaders within the business to provide recommendations on opportunities for process improvements. Create business requirements documents, test plans, user training materials and other related documentation.
