Incumbents in this position are expected to support all organizational expectations including, but not limited to; customer service, patient's rights, confidentiality of information, the environment of care and Eisner Health initiatives. This includes, but is not limited to:Assisting the dentist(s) and the dental hygienist(s) in the direct provision of primary care dental services to patients at the clinicThe sterilization, preparation and inventory control of dental instruments, supplies, and for proper infection control of all areas involving dental careCarrying out the extra-oral duties or procedures specified by the supervising licensed dentistOperating dental radiography equipment for oral radiographyPerforming intraoral and extra-oral photography.Requirements and Qualifications:Must possess High School Diploma/GED.Bilingual English and Spanish.Dental Assistant certification.Current CPR certification.Prior Dental Assisting experience preferred.Benefits:PTO Accrual rate of 7.08 hours per pay period (26 pay periods per year).8 Paid Holidays.40 hours of paid Jury Duty time per year.Medical, Dental, & Vision insurance (PPO option available).Health Reimbursement Account.Flexible Spending Accounts (Healthcare, Dependent Care, & Transportation).Employer-Sponsored life insurance & long term disability.30 covered visits for Chiropractic or Acupuncture visits.401k planEEO STATEMENT:Eisner Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
