We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager in the Oil and Gas industry to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of sales representatives, and fostering strong relationships with clients. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your sales expertise and contribute to the success of our company.Responsibilities:Provides leadership to the sales team.Motivates and encourages sales team to ensure quotas are met.Reviews and analyzes sales and operational records and reports; uses data to project sales, determine profitability and targets, and identify potential new markets.Identifies and analyzes customer preferences to properly direct sales efforts.Assigns territories and sets quotas for sales teams.Consults with potential customers to understand their needs; identifies and suggests equipment, products, or services that will meet those needs.Resolves customer complaints, staffing problems, and other issues that may interfere with efficient sales operations.Collaborates with executive leadership to develop sales quotas and strategies.Prepares sales budget; monitors and approves expenses.Acts as company representative at trade association meetings.Performs other duties as assigned.Requirements:Proven experience in sales management, with a focus on territory salesStrong knowledge of production chemicalsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targetsExperience with business development and account managementAbility to travel as neededProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteAt least 3-5 years of sales experience in Oil and Gas chemical experience
