About the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and dedicated HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team in the USA, reporting to both the CHRO and the President - Americas. As a key member of our global HR team, you will play a vital role in executing HR initiatives that align with our global business strategy, following the guidelines and guidance provided by the global team to ensure consistency across regions.Key Responsibilities:Talent Acquisition ProcessSupport recruitment efforts by adhering to global talent acquisition guidelines. This includes job postings, screening, and interviewing to ensure candidates align with the brand's luxury standards and culture. Develop partnerships with schools and universities in the region, following the global framework.Onboarding & IntegrationEnsure new hires experience a seamless onboarding process in line with global onboarding practices while delivering an exceptional employee experience.HR Strategy SupportWork closely with the CHRO and other Group HRBPs to implement HR strategies that support local business goals while adhering to global HR guidelines.Employee RelationsServe as a key point of contact for employees, addressing concerns while supporting daily HR functions and fostering a positive, globally aligned work environment..Performance ManagementGuide managers in implementing performance review processes according to global frameworks, ensuring alignment with employee development goals.HR ComplianceEnsure that all HR policies and practices comply with U.S. labor laws and global company standards, making updates as needed to maintain compliance.Learning & DevelopmentSupport the coordination and implementation of training and development programs, ensuring alignment with employee growth and business needs.HR Projects: Contribute to global HR projects, ensuring best practices are applied and followed across the U.S. region.BudgetingAssist with the annual HR budget preparation, working in alignment with the Global HR & Finance teams to ensure financial accuracy and adherence to global budget guidelines.Role-Specific Skills & Qualifications:EducationBachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.OrganizationStrong rigorous and meticulous approach to tasks.CommunicationExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with a high customer service orientation.Problem-SolvingAbility to address HR-related issues effectively and efficiently.Proactive ApproachDemonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Tech-CompetentExperience with HRIS systems implementation, Microsoft Office Suite, recruitment tools.Compliance KnowledgeUnderstanding of U.S. labor laws, regulations and HR best practices.Desired Background & Experience:5 years of experience in Human Resources.Experience in the luxury or retail sector is highly desirable.Fluency in French is a plus.Strong interest in employee engagement, talent management, and organizational development.Ability to collaborate effectively within a global, cross-functional environment.Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
