The QTI Group in partnership with O&H Danish Bakery in Racine, WI is recruiting an experienced food industry professional to join the team as Supply Chain ManagerIn this critical leadership role, you will have an opportunity to utilize your previous experience in a food production facility to bring processes, procedures, and recommendations for inventory management programs and tools to a growing organization that is embracing technology and innovation for future success.Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:Team Leadership and DevelopmentSupplier Relationship ManagementSupply Chain SupportProcess Improvement and Cross-Functional CollaborationLeadership of ERP Implementation within assigned Operational AreasQualifications:Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, engineering, Business Administration, or related field, MBA preferredAt least 8 years of experience proven experience in supply chain management roles in the food production industryExcellent critical thinking and project management skills with the ability to solve business problems through fact-finding, business process mapping, and data analysisWorking knowledge and understanding of ERP systems and their use in manufacturing environmentsKnowledge of supply chain, vendor management, materials, and inventory managementBroad knowledge of purchasing functions concepts including supplier processes and practicesExperience managing multiple projects simultaneously and in an organized manner, with a strong customer service focusSolid understanding of supply chain principles, best practices, and industry trends, with the ability to apply analytical and problem-solving skills to complex challenges
