Trial Attorney - Personal InjuryA well established personal injury law firm is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Trial Attorney to handle a complex caseload focused on sexual assault cases.Salary$150-180kKey ResponsibilitiesManage sexual assault cases from intake to resolution Conduct investigations, gather evidence, and develop strategies Collaborate with paralegals and attorneys for case preparation Provide compassionate representation to trauma survivors Regularly communicate with clients to keep them informed Advocate for clients' rights in legal proceedings Represent clients in court for motions, depositions, hearings, and trials Develop strong arguments and cross-examine witnesses Negotiate settlements while prioritizing client interests Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, and pleadings Work with investigators, social workers, and medical professionals Mentor junior attorneys and support staff Stay updated on laws and legal precedentsQualificationsJD from an ABA-accredited law school Member of the Pennsylvania Bar in good standing 5+ years of trial litigation experience (sexual assault focus preferred) Strong advocacy, research, negotiation, and communication skills Excellent time management and analytical skills Proficiency with legal technologyBenefits401(k) with company match Medical, dental, and vision insurance Disability and life insurance Ongoing training and mentoring Opportunities for growth within the firm
