STAK Ventures Sales ManagerSTAK Ventures is actively seeking a Sales Manager to develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to attract new members and manage memberships. The ideal candidate is tech-forward with a hospitality mindset, is detail-oriented, and thrives in a community environment. You will help us grow the community by creating a great member experience while executing leasing and marketing tasks with excellence.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and implement promotions and rate structures that utilize the integrated nature of STAK to increase revenue opportunitiesConverting leads into community tours by following up with all prospects and providing helpful information about STAK and the communityConducting informative and personalized tours with prospective members, brokers, and partners resulting in new membershipsUpdate leasing and marketing platforms to attract new membersBuild relationships with local businesses and community organizations to curate programmingBuild brand loyalty by ensuring that the member experience is consistently excellentGenerate awareness, interest and excitement via social media and eventsRepresent STAK Ventures at various industry network events, trade shows, and site visitsBecome an expert with Office RnD supporting member onboarding and invoicingExperience and RequirementsBachelors degreeExperience in either a sales or marketing roleA sales aptitude and customer-focused mentalityOutstanding communication skills both written and verbalA sharp professional appearanceDemonstrated project management skillsHighly technically capable.
